Something that was said elsewhere, and was confirmed, is very troublesome.

As we all know, Uncyclomedia and UnMeta are adult sites, where there is no restriction to adult material (including pornography).

But, in Brazil (and I imagine other countries with stupid similar laws) anything that is remotely related to pr0n or adult is legally barred from minors (underages) which are all those below 18 years old.

So, in order to keep Uncyclomedia, UnMeta and all the wikis harbored here legal in Brazil, it's necessary to block access to all minors.

This is utopic, and probably can't be easily done, but at least we can contain the damage.

The case, in question, is that Renan Jackson is one of the bureaucrats and administrators of many projects, and he confesses being underage.

This is illegal, and we can't claim we weren't aware of that from now on.

So, it's urgent to ban Renan Jackson immediately and pass his projects to people who are overage. It's this, or eventually brazilian law will start attacking Uncyclomedia and UnMeta. Cthulhu.fhtagn (talk) 18:19, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

Basically, we don't have age limits on our content. English Uncyclopedia allows even 14-year olds to edit the website. Unless I suffer from severe brain damage, I cannot remember we've agreed on that. Wikipedia doesn't have age limitations either (in spite of pages about sexuality). If we want to keep our parody concept, we definitely cannot do this. Technically, we cannot have visual pornography on our websites because we can hardly trace the source of it (in order to prevent unconsciously spreading child pornography). I'm sorry about your possibly strict laws, but any (inter)national law infringement should be discussed with Canadian jurisdiction. I believe it's not Brazil's priority to declare war against us because of that. When the police come and get you, you can tell them that you are protected by Canada, because the website owner lives there. I'm sorry, but your request Cthulhu is unfounded. I do not see how it can affect Uncyclomedia as she is guarded by Canadian laws. However, if a user is caught with pornographic content, and even to use a project connected to Uncyclomedia it will be processed by local laws. And this includes the way in which you edit in Wikinet. I want you to understand. Pornographic material that is already published on the websites will not be affected but I refer to content that is stored on flash drives, CDs or other devices that are in power who edits.
